🕒 When Should You Book?

Ideally, book your travel clinic appointment 6 to 8 weeks before your departure, as some vaccines require multiple doses over time. However, we’re happy to help with last-minute bookings too — just keep in mind that some vaccines need a short period to become effective.

We do a thorough risk assessment depending on your needs and area you are visiting. We also tailor our service accordingly and we do our best to accommodate individual patients.

The NHS Immunisation Schedule, which provides protection against diseases such as measles, mumps and rubella, polio, tetanus and diphtheria, will not be sufficient to protect you from majority of tropical diseases.

Vaccinations against Hepatitis B, Japanese encephalitis, meningitis, rabies, tick-borne encephalitis, tuberculosis and yellow fever are not available on the NHS.

Contracting a disease on holiday may ruin your trip and have severe financial implications. Some diseases may also cause you to develop a long-term debilitating illness and may even be life-threatening. We can offer you vaccination which can protect you.
