🕒 What is Jet Lag?

We may supply treatment with Melatonin where appropriate.

💊 How to take the treatment
- Standard dose: 3mg (one tablet) daily
- Take your first dose on arrival at the destination at the habitual bedtime.
- Start on arrival
- Use for up to 5 days
- The remaining daily doses should be taken 30 minutes before bedtime.
⚠️ Important:
- Do not take before 8pm or after 4am (local time)
- Avoid alcohol while taking melatonin
- Do not take with other sleeping tablets unless advised
